Maneva is an artist and designer of Malagasy origin. She studied fashion at Virginia Commonwealth University, and earned a BFA in Fashion Design with a minor in Merchandising.
Being from a third world country where environmental degradation is an alarming issue, Maneva's focus is in sustainable and ethical design, utilizing sustainable textiles and low-impact practices in her designs .
Drawing and illustrating are her strongest assets, and she loves doing fashion illustrations and print designs. Her biggest inspiration is Madagascar, and her goal is to represent her country through design.
